What technology does Belanger Digital Solutions build with?

Websites and web applications are built with Next.js and TypeScript, so pages load quickly and are easy to maintain. Cloudflare provides security and fast delivery, including Cloudflare Workers for custom integrations, and Supabase provides the database when a project needs to store application data. Tools are chosen to fit the job, and the reasoning is explained in plain language.

Where does Belanger Digital Solutions work?

Belanger Digital Solutions is based in Traverse City, Michigan, and serves businesses across Grand Traverse County, Leelanau County, and Northern Michigan. In Michigan we are happy to meet in person, and we work the same way with clients across the country.

Can you connect my point-of-sale system to an AI assistant?

Yes. We build secure, read-only connections that let an AI assistant such as Claude Desktop answer questions from your Lightspeed point-of-sale data, including sales totals, stock levels, and margins. The connection uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard for giving AI assistants access to approved business data. Credentials stay encrypted, and the assistant cannot change prices or inventory.

How long does a typical project take?

A focused website or integration is typically live within two to four weeks of agreeing the scope. Larger projects that connect several systems are scoped individually. Deliverables and milestones are agreed in writing before work begins.
