Belanger Inspection
Local service business
A service business whose customers are searching from a phone, usually in a hurry. Clear services, one obvious next step, and load times that don't lose them.

The problem
A Northern Michigan home inspection business, and buyers under a deadline.
Home inspection demand arrives with a clock on it. Someone's offer was accepted and they have a short window to get an inspection booked, which means they are searching from a phone, comparing two or three names, and choosing the one that makes the next step obvious.
Everything that stands between arriving and requesting an inspection is a chance to lose them to whoever answers first.
What I built
A mobile-first site with the services stated plainly and one unmistakable action on every screen. No carousel, no long story before the useful part, nothing that has to load before the page becomes usable.
- Mobile-first layout and conversion path
- Plainly stated services
- Inspection request flow
- Local search fundamentals
- Fast loads on cellular connections
Why not a template
This one is honest about its own category: a template could produce a competent version of this site. It is here as evidence of understanding service-business conversion — the same understanding the BayNorth concept takes considerably further.
What it demonstrates
- 01Service-business conversion paths
- 02Mobile-first delivery for on-the-go search
- 03Local search fundamentals
- 04Restraint — knowing when a site should be small
